Description

Seeking a bookkeeper who will have solid communication, organizational and customer service skills. Technology expertise demands vary, includes proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks or Peachtree. A high school diploma or equivalent expected. Candidate must have at least three years’ experience, requirements may differ by firm.

Typical duties include:
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Managing bank reconciliations and payroll processing
Posting journal entries
Month/Quarter./Year - End close
Audit Preparation (Plus)

Requirements

Quick books
Apply customer payment
Managing bank accounts
Process credit card payments
Understand Company Liability insurance/ Workers Comp, etc.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Quick books.
Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to create trust and build relationships between Vendors and Customers.
Understand HR with W4 and I9 form for new employee.
