Description
- Maintaining the journal entries and ledger, classifying all transactions correctly.
- Inputing the annual budget in QuickBooks.
- Handling all the payables and check requests on a weekly basis.
- Processing all cash and check deposits.
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
Requirements
Experience with MAS 90 Program or similar accounting software
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Interact in a detail oriented and timely manner with staff
Experience in record keeping, payroll, accounts payable and bank reconciliations
Accounting and bookkeeping experience
