Job Description


Robert Half is looking to obtain a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to help support our client base in the East Valley. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will work closely with our clients in the East Valley to conduct audits, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, and financial statement preparation.

Key responsibilities

- Operating Expense Recovery
- Assist with monthly closing duties
- Index budget transfers
- Organize cash flow projections, as needed
- Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Accounts Receivable
- Well-versed in credit card management and reconciliation
- Assemble cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
- Accounts Payable
- Supplementary assignments when necessary

- Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
- Progressive accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
- 2+ years of related experience- Strong organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Vow to meet business deadlines
- QuickBooks, Great Plains, Oracle, Sage, intermediate or advanced Excel experience desired
- Full charge bookkeeping experience preferred
- Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
