Description

Process accounts payable invoices and issue weekly payments to vendors
Complete required billing using QuickBooks
Process all customer payments
Contact clients regarding unpaid invoices or payment discrepancies
Process bi-weekly payroll
Create and post journal entries to the general ledger and complete required account reconciliations for month end close

Requirements

3+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
Must have a strong understanding of QuickBooks software
Strong communication skills are a must
