Description

Reconcile multiple bank accounts;
Post journal entries
Conduct daily cash reconciliations
Complete outstanding check reconciliations
Develop and submit budget-to-actual variance reports
Track and maintain Accounts Payables System
Track and maintain Accounts Receivable by coordinating with Accounts Receivable
Track and maintain fixed asset ledger by coordinating with Technology and Fleet Department;
Assist with the preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements, budgets;
Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management

Requirements

Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting;
Three plus years’ experience in general ledger accounting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Experience with Peachtree accounting software
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
