Customer Service Representative

Unique Building Concepts is a local company with a national presence. We distribute our Made in the USA mosaics across the United States. Every employee plays a critical role and must be positive and enthusiastic, and present a "can-do" attitude at all times. All customers are to be treated with respect and courtesy. This open position is the primary person for processing all incoming orders and handling incoming phone calls.
- Process all incoming orders (email and fax) promptly and accurately
- Handle all will call pickup requests, ensuring proper material and payments are processed
- Answer phones and direct calls or answer questions as appropriate
- Confirm customer orders and provide tracking information daily
- Run credit card transactions daily
- Scan and file customer documentation daily
By effectively assessing needs, answering questions, and directing inquiries as appropriate, the CSR ensures that every experience is a positive experience. As your experience with the company grows, your job responsibilities will grow as well. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire to always keep busy.
Skill / Requirements
Strong customer service skills. Ability to multi-task with good attention to detail. Good listening skills with positive phone voice. Organizational skills to allow for constant interruptions. Basic computer skills are required, and experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
