|Working Title||Financial Analyst|
The Financial Analyst position will provide critical support to the Department Surgery by analyzing and researching operational issues with productivity for faculty and coordinating all financial components of the department to ensure consistent reporting. This position performs complex and comprehensive financial and operating analysis and the research will provide resolution and recommendations on how to improve documentation, chart data, missed billing opportunities, and patient data. The Financial Analyst position is imperative in the development and growth of operating efficiency, budgeting, performance indicators, and practice within the Department of Surgery. This position will support the financial component of the department integrating the revenue and expense data into a consistent reporting structure providing clear and more concise overview of the Department of Surgery operating process.
|Conditions of Employment|
Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
