The College of University Libraries & Learning Sciences is comprised of four libraries, Centennial Science & Engineering Library, Parish Memorial Library, Fine Arts & Design Library, and Zimmerman Library. The College also houses the Organization, Information and Learning Sciences Program (OI&LS), which awards both undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as UNM Press, the largest book publisher in the State.
The College is seeking a Fiscal Services Tech with primary duties and responsibilities at UNM Press. This person will work with the College and the Academic Affairs Fiscal Shared Service Center to provide business and accounting support to the College.
The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include:
This individual must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work independently and as part of both the College and UNM Press.
This individual should have experience working in an academic unit setting and be familiar with UNM fiscal policies and procedures. This position will report to the operations manager for business & finance of the College and will work closely with the UNM Press director, UNM Press staff, and the staff in the Fiscal Shared Services Center.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
